I did this last night as a last minute piece before a job interview. (I landed the job, btw. I will now be working at a Photography Studio doing digital painting over the photographs. Yay!) I am *definitely* getting loads better at Painter IX and a heckuva lot faster. This only took me 4-5 hours. I did something similar back in 2002 and I think it took me 17 hours. x__X I feel really happy when I see myself progress.
Photo reference used, since I obviously can't get Adrien Brody to pose for me in real life. I wish.
You were on that? What happened was the server crashed and I never put it back up...Sun was running it at the time, but she was under my hosting and never contacted me about regaining her webspace so it just never came up. Is there actually a demand for it?
ah i see.
well for me i really liked it there, and i know a bunch of people that are right here on DA that used to go there and they miss it aswell. it was a great place overall
and it would be awesome to see it back. but im not forceing nothing on you.

Well, how about this...if I can figure out how to start it up again, how would you like to run it? I'm really a very busy person and probably wouldn't have time to moderate or anything.
well that would be cool. i like to give it a try, thing is ive never moderated befor but im willing to give it a shot. im jobless at the moment so i have nothing but time on my hands. if you were to put it back up and just give me a push in the right direction id be willing.

...wtf? Why doesn't this absolutely wonderful piece not have any more favorites?! It looks just like the man, people!! I'd have to say Adrien Brody is one of the most handsome male actors I've seen in quite a while... not to mention freaking talented!! I lovelovelove this picture because you absolutely do him justice. If I could fave it more than once I totally would. Hot damn.
